Why Worship?

Our worship at Northeast exists to point people to Jesus and prepare their hearts to listen and respond. Our goal is to partner with the Holy Spirt to create a “throne room” experience where you encounter Jesus face to face and have the opportunity to give him praise and adoration.

Author and Pastor Louie Giglio puts it like this: “Worship is our response, both personal and corporate, to God — for who He is and what He has done! Expressed in and by the things we say and the way we live.”

As you join us in offering up a sacrifice of praise to God you’ll hear familiar songs of the day, and be encouraged to not only prepare your hearts for our corporate gatherings but also to fully participate! Worship is not a spectator sport here, we desire for you to engage with others in praising the one who gave His life.

If you’re interested in serving on the team that leads Northeast in praise, please get in contact and let’s continue the conversation. More
