This dedicated group of singers assist in leading weekend worship services and special events. Our teams are made up of people who are committed to growing deeper in their relationship with Christ and with each other. If you are interested in being a vocal team member contact the worship department for an audition.
Our worship is supported by instrumentalists who are wanting to use their talents to serve God. Team members are actively and creatively involved in communicating the Word of God through music and leading others in worship through participation in weekly services and community events. The different instrumental opportunities are: Drummers, Percussionists, Bass Guitarists, Rhythm and Lead Acoustic Guitarists, Rhythm and Lead Electric Guitarists, Keyboard Players, Brass, Woodwind, and String Players. If you are interested in being an instrumentalist contact the worship department for an audition.
Behind the Scenes Support Roles
Our typical worship service requires a producer, audio technician, lighting technician, and video projectionist. With two services each week that’s at least 8 people whose job is vital to the overall outcome of our services! We have regular crews scheduled in monthly rotations. In addition to our weekend services, technical support is called upon to enhance almost every event at Northeast. Therefore, there is a great need for people to serve both during the week and on weekends.
The heart of the creative communication at Northeast is to put before our people ideas and concepts that are relevant to their daily walk with God. Many volunteer hours are spent each week behind the scenes implementing ideas that enable our body to connect with God. We need people who are passionate about several areas in the arts, who have fresh ideas, enjoy new challenges, and who have an eye for details. This is a place for people to serve who have a few hours a week or would like to serve as needed. The Creative Execution Team has many different teams on which to serve: Visual Design Team (look and feel of our environments), Music Selection, Service Flow, Testimony Development, Recognizable Media, Original Media (videos and graphics), Drama, Sticky Ideas, Special Events Team, and NCC Vision/Story Team.
If you would like more information about any of these opportunities please contact, Malachi Brick.
